January 7, 2009   Mission Statement Helping Hand Missions is a Christian Non-Profit Organization whose purpose is to provide assistance to people in the community with crisis needs; such as food, clothing, and household items. Assistance is also provided to programs such as the City of Refuge to assist people in need of restructuring their lives in areas of job training in a Christian environment for gainful employment, and spiritual principles. Helping Hand Missions coordinates with programs such as children and family services, United Way, and various churches. Our Image The image we wish to project is one of good friendly customer service to those individuals or families who need our support and assistance. We provide each customer with a smile and words of encouragement. Helping Hand Missions promotes and upholds the rules and regulations of our handbook as well as those found in the Word of God to provide a good, safe, courteous, friendly Christian environment for our staff, customers, and those to whom we provide assistance. Our Goal To provide Food, Clothing, and Household items to needy families, homeless, and emergency victims. To assist individuals in becoming self-sustaining, with quality and productive lives.
