How to Qualify for Help

  1. Must be a Santa Rosa County Resident.
  2. Must have a valid form of ID (Driver’s License, or State ID, etc.).
  3. Must have a current bill with name to show current address.
    4. Must meet certain income qualifications.
After the application is completed at the store, an appointment will then need to be made for an interview.
  • Applications are taken Tuesday - Friday from 10:00 am - 4:00 pm
  • Items distributed on Wednesday only.
