January 7, 2009   Support Programs Helping Hand Missions supports the City or Refuge program. The City of Refuge is a program set up to assist people in need of restructuring their lives. The City of Refuge is not only intended for restructuring people’s physical lives, but also their spiritual lives as well, through training from the Word of God. Individuals are able to change their lives for a better future. Helping Hand Missions also coordinates with programs such as children and family services, United Way, and various churches.
